Reverend Debby is an independent non-denominational Ordained Minister (O.M.), affiliated with the Baltimore Spiritual Science Center, an inter-faith school which studies all world religions, seeking similiarities instead of differences. She is familiar with Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist wedding rites and rituals, and can incorporate these into the wedding ceremony. Rev. Debby works closely with each couple to create a wedding or commitment ceremony which reflects the love and joy that they are feeling in their lives right now. She will design a customized ceremony based on the wishes and desires of each couple. Many couples want to add special readings and rituals, memorial candles, broom jumping, or pagan/Wiccan/Celtic elements, such as handfastings. Rev. Debby can weave these elements into a beautiful and meaningful service that each couple will remember always. She is a member of the National Association of Wedding Ministers, the National Association of Wedding Officiants, the Bridal Association of America, and Goddess Moon Circles (Wiccan website). Rev. Debby is authorized to perform marriages throughout Maryland and Washington, DC.
